Sea Queen Day, August 25th 11am till 4pm


  • To be opened by Lord Bruce whose family have historical links with St Monans and who will bring the sword of King Robert The Bruce and his son David II to display.
  • See the “Crowning of the Sea Queen”
  • Historical boats and a flotilla.
  • Visit stalls and displays including :-
    • Leonard Low (author of the Battle of St Monans) with his books and medieval armour.
    • The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards
    • Medieval Methil
    • Methil District Pipe Band
    • Food & Drinks court:- Strawberries, Ice Cream, Puddledub Roast, Murrays Chippy, St Andrews Brewing Company.
    • Market Stalls by the Harbour
    • Various childrens games, activities and much more including Karate demonstrations and live music from “Buttered Both Sides”
    • Funfair on The Mair
