{"id":1272,"date":"2011-07-03T14:16:29","date_gmt":"2011-07-03T13:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stmonans.org.uk\/blog\/?p=1272"},"modified":"2024-07-07T22:04:46","modified_gmt":"2024-07-07T21:04:46","slug":"fly-tipping-in-st-monans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stmonans.org.uk\/blog\/fly-tipping-in-st-monans\/","title":{"rendered":"Fly Tipping in St Monans"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>FLY TIPPING IN ST MONANS<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>We would like to remind residents and holiday makers that it is an offence to leave bags of<br \/>\nrubbish in the streets for collection unless by prior arrangement with Fife Council.<\/p>\n<p>(only certain houses who have no bins and have been given<br \/>\npermission to only use bin bags may do so)<\/p>\n<p>Fife Council\u2019s employees know which houses are permitted to put out bags only, anyone else putting out bin bags without Fife Council\u2019s permission is therefore fly tipping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THIS WILL INCUR A FIXED \u00a350 ON-THE-SPOT \u00a0FINE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As we do not want residents or visitors to fall foul of this law please do not leave bags of rubbish in the streets without checking first that you have permission to do so.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently working hard to make improvements in our village.
