A.Anderson opened the meeting. There were no apologies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Declarations of Interest<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

None<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Planning<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Extension at Waterside Cottage. After full discussion the CC voted by a majority not to make an objection to this planning application. The main concerns voiced were on possible obstruction of the road by extra parked cars but it was noted that cars already park on that road.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. Redevelopment of the Mair.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

M.Ashworth has received plans for the \u00a310000 worth of developments for the Mair by FC. There have been no consultation with the CC on the plans and M.Ashworth has been asked to invite the person responsible for the design proposal to attend the next CC meeting to discuss with the CC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. AOCB<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Young motorcyclists have been observed riding bikes in the St Monans\/Abercrombie area without wearing helmets. Anyone seeing them should report it to the police.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Close and Date of Next Meeting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A.Anderson thanked everyone and closed the meeting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Next meeting will be on Monday 17<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> September at 7.30pm in Mayview Hotel Function Suite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
