P Copland welcomed everyone.<\/p>\n

2<\/td>\nHeritage Museum <\/strong><\/p>\n

As Mr Ian Reekie was unable to attend meeting he will present his report at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Community Council.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3<\/td>\nChairperson\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

P Copland said it had been a good year and thanked members for their support.\u00a0 He welcomed new Councillor L Holt.\u00a0 He mentioned issues with planning still to be resolved.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4<\/td>\nTreasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual reports were on a table for the public to view.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

5<\/td>\nLast Minutes and Matters Arising<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of the Burgh of St Monans and Abercrombie Community Council, held on Monday, 17 October 2016 and matters arising were approved.<\/p>\n

Cllr J Docherty took the Chair for this part of the proceedings.<\/p>\n

There were 2 vacancies.\u00a0 Billy Morris had already volunteered.<\/p>\n
