Lochay Homes Ltd gives notice that it proposes to undertake residential development (Major category) at Land West of the Manse, St. Monans, Fife.\u00a0This notice is made according to the requirements of Regulation 7 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (as amended).<\/p>\n

Further information on the proposed development will be available at the public exhibition<\/strong><\/p>\n
