The aim of the project is to encourage and enable people to choose walking, wheeling and biking for short journeys rather than using vehicles. This project is funded by the Scottish Government&#8217;s &#8216;Places for Everyone&#8217; programme, administered by Sustrans.\u00a0 This is entirely separate from the roads budget held by Fife Council. So supporting better bike paths doesn&#8217;t mean worse roads!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its feasibility study, ENCAP is currently looking for local community views on the project.
