Kingdom Homes has announced the commencement of new affordable housing to be developed on the site next to the old Manse. The units are the affordable housing element of a larger private development being taken forward by Lochay Homes. The development will provide 40 new homes for social rent. There will be a diverse housing mix consisting of larger family homes, cottage flats and amenity & wheelchair bungalows. The project started on site in February 2021. The estimated completion date is Summer 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new homes will provide residents with energy efficient homes which will meet Housing for Varying Needs, the Association\u2019s own design standards and achieve Building Controls Silver Sustainability Standard Specification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The properties will be owned and managed by Kingdom Housing Association. For more details, go to; <\/p>\n\n\n\n
