{"id":9555,"date":"2022-11-19T22:52:29","date_gmt":"2022-11-19T22:52:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stmonans.org.uk\/blog\/community-council-agm-minutes-2021\/"},"modified":"2024-07-07T22:04:14","modified_gmt":"2024-07-07T21:04:14","slug":"community-council-agm-minutes-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stmonans.org.uk\/blog\/community-council-agm-minutes-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Community Council AGM minutes, 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ST MONANS AND ABERCROMBIE COMMUNITY COUNCIL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of St Monans and Abercrombie Community Council held on Monday 15<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> November 2021 at 7pm in St Monans Town Hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Present:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vicki Salvage, Vic Bland, Helen Ironside, Norman Cowie, Bill Buchan, Billy Morris, Eileen Montador, Morven Syme, Marjory Ashworth, Cllr Bill Porteous and Cllr John Docherty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apologies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stuart Bridges, Steve Collier and Cllr Linda Holt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>Election of Office Bearers<\/strong> (Cllr John Docherty presided)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Chair person Vicki Salvage proposed by Bill Buchan and seconded by Morven Syme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice Chair person Marjory Ashworth proposed by Bill Buchan and seconded by Morven Syme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secretary and Treasurer remain the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Treasurers Report <\/strong>(Year ending 31\/03\/2021)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cashflow account \u00a31874.49&nbsp; Not much change since last year due to covid.&nbsp; Data Protection and Hall rent for Burns Supper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Floral account \u00a32532.99.&nbsp; Over 12 months \u00a37543.14 was spent.&nbsp; Flowers \u00a33608.22 and Watering \u00a33346.00.&nbsp; Fund raising by Alison Childs donated \u00a33083.92 from making masks in the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heritage account \u00a31309.39<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cash Management account \u00a33551.02<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Minutes of Last AGM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bill Buchan asked about the minutes from the last AGM not being here.&nbsp;
