ST MONANS AND ABERCROMBIE COMMUNITY COUNCIL

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of St Monans and Abercrombie Community Council held on Monday 15^th November 2021 at 7pm in St Monans Town Hall.

 Present:

Vicki Salvage, Vic Bland, Helen Ironside, Norman Cowie, Bill Buchan, Billy Morris, Eileen Montador, Morven Syme, Marjory Ashworth, Cllr Bill Porteous and Cllr John Docherty.

Apologies:

Stuart Bridges, Steve Collier and Cllr Linda Holt.

1. Election of Office Bearers (Cllr John Docherty presided)

Chair person Vicki Salvage proposed by Bill Buchan and seconded by Morven Syme

Vice Chair person Marjory Ashworth proposed by Bill Buchan and seconded by Morven Syme

Secretary and Treasurer remain the same.

• Treasurers Report (Year ending 31/03/2021)

Cashflow account £1874.49  Not much change since last year due to covid.  Data Protection and Hall rent for Burns Supper.

Floral account £2532.99.  Over 12 months £7543.14 was spent.  Flowers £3608.22 and Watering £3346.00.  Fund raising by Alison Childs donated £3083.92 from making masks in the pandemic.

Heritage account £1309.39

Cash Management account £3551.02

• Minutes of Last AGM

Bill Buchan asked about the minutes from the last AGM not being here.  Cllr Porteous said that it could be a point of order.  Due to the short notice of the secretary not being able to attend the chairperson could only apologies.

Meeting closed 7.15pm.

 Billy Morris gave a short talk on a Wardens Tin Hat from the war that had been the property of Philip Millar and donated to the Heritage Collection.
