With the Coronavirus situation becoming more acute, we need to ensure that everyone in our community has access to good quality advice and information about local support; and we all need to look out for each other and make sure that anyone who needs help gets it.
This website and its associated social media will relay any information that is made available about the local situation, so please follow us and ask others to do so too.
Below and right are details about the local emergency planning team, how to differentiate COVID-19 from cold and flu, what to do if you are affected, and where to get further advice.
ENCEPT (East Neuk Community Emergency Planning Team) has activated its community emergency plan and is working with Fife Council Resilience department, local Pharmacies, Healthcare Professionals and local groups to help co-ordinate and provide a safe community response.
Pharmacies are including in their prescription bags a card with the number to call 0800 999 6543 should anyone need assistance. Local GPs and others are also distributing the cards.
Should you feel there is a community emergency in your area, you can contact ENCEPT on the above number. or by e-mail encept@hotmail.com or via the ENCEPT Facebook page.
