Minutes of extra meeting of St Monans and Abercrombie Community Council held on Monday 27^th August 2012 in Mayview Hotel Function Suite. (draft)

1.Welcome and Apologies

A.Anderson opened the meeting. There were no apologies.

2. Declarations of Interest

None 

3 Planning

Extension at Waterside Cottage. After full discussion the CC voted by a majority not to make an objection to this planning application. The main concerns voiced were on possible obstruction of the road by extra parked cars but it was noted that cars already park on that road.

4. Redevelopment of the Mair.

M.Ashworth has received plans for the £10000 worth of developments for the Mair by FC. There have been no consultation with the CC on the plans and M.Ashworth has been asked to invite the person responsible for the design proposal to attend the next CC meeting to discuss with the CC.

5. AOCB

Young motorcyclists have been observed riding bikes in the St Monans/Abercrombie area without wearing helmets. Anyone seeing them should report it to the police.
