P Copland welcomed everyone.

As Mr Ian Reekie was unable to attend meeting he will present his report at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Community Council.

P Copland said it had been a good year and thanked members for their support.  He welcomed new Councillor L Holt.  He mentioned issues with planning still to be resolved.

The annual reports were on a table for the public to view.

The Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of the Burgh of St Monans and Abercrombie Community Council, held on Monday, 17 October 2016 and matters arising were approved.

There were 2 vacancies.  Billy Morris had already volunteered.

As no other volunteers, an advert will be placed for a Secretary and one Ordinary Member in the coming months.
